I work with clients to better understand their feelings and to learn practical coping skills to manage them.

I received my Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Vermont. I have experience working as a therapist and a medical social worker for children with special health needs. My practice is informed by Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
